G.Paniz CL-300

With a 16 lb. dough capacity, this dough roller operates with a chain traction system and a gear and belt transmission and can be used to prepare various types of dough for a great variety of recipes.
Constructed from chrome-plated carbon steel, this dough roller offers superior strength and longevity making it a suitable for use in any high volume commercial kitchen. Use it to dramatically speed up prep time when rolling out dough.
The CL-300 Electric Cylinder is designed to laminate doughs such as breads, pizzas, lasagna, cannelloni, etc. Made of carbon steel SAE1020 with a stainless steel finish, its structure has armored bearings, chrome cylinders and a closed cabinet. The CL-300 works with cylinders of 63.5 x 300 mm thickness.
Designed to smoothly meet the demand of industrial kitchens, hotels, bakeries and similar other areas with total efficiency and quality, its system of opening and closing the rollers facilitates the day-to-day operation to make dough with different thicknesses. It also has an optional stainless steel tray.
