TREVI Super 300T ETL/ 12″ Commercial Meat Slicer
The Trevi 300T Super ETL slicer is a manual semi auto slicer with a 12″ blade, counting with all the advantages and versatility of a medium size slicer, this 300mm / 12″ slicer is compact but powerful, packing a 1/2 HP Motor for those who prefer a smaller machine but need the extra power.
This slicer is made out of anodized, stain resistant aluminum construction with seamless edges and with radius corners, making it very easy to clean and avoiding unreachable edges that accumulate dirt and debris.
Built with the signature Italian quality, this piece of machinery was made to last, making it at the same time easy to dismount for deep cleaning, maintenance, or replace any of its components.
It has a cut capacity of four hour per day, for cheese, ham and meat slicing capabilities. and an aperture that goes up to 0.6″ slice thickness, including as well a motor overload protection and a manual reset for extra safety.
