The Trevi 350 Deluxe slicer is a manual semi auto slicer with a 14″ blade, making it a great choice for prolonged and constant usage at restaurants, supermarkets or other type of similar establishments with a heavy flow of costumers.
This slicer is made out of anodized, stain resistant aluminum construction with seamless edges and with radius corners, making it very easy to clean and avoiding unreachable edges that accumulate dirt and debris.
Built with the signature Italian quality, this piece of machinery was made to last, making it at the same time easy to dismount for deep cleaning, maintenance, or replace any of its components.
It has a cut capacity of four hour per day, for cheese, ham and meat slicing capabilities. and an aperture that goes up to 0.6″ slice thickness, including as well a motor overload protection and a manual reset for extra safety.
