A fine grind, these 4.5mm holes disc are great for preparing any type of grounded beef, chicken, pork and other types of meat. Ideal for making hamburgers, sausage filling, meatballs.
Our grinder plates are made to LEM’s strict standards for hardness and quality. We carry both carbon steel and stainless steel plates.
Remember to change your knife as well when changing the disc for optimum performance.
